The close corporation was established eleven years ago with the department of education (Schools) being our major client amongst the general public. We have also been, for more than the past eight years, involved in the distribution of LTSM for the section 20 schools in the Cofimvaba district. The business has grown to supply stationery, furniture and cleaning material to various offices in Cofimvaba and rural areas surrounding the town. In 2009 the board took a decision to diversify the business by branching off into the construction industry trading under the name Nazipasi Projects. With Sivuyile Mtyuda at the helm, a Quantity Surveyor with a wealth of experience in the construction industry it became apparent that this would be the natural order of Nazipasi’s evolution. Nazipasi is involved in General Building and Civil Construction at this stage, but has the capacity to expand into property development. It is due to the business’s policy of gradual, sustainable growth that it first intends to refine its approach with its current trades before expanding. The business is registered for Compensation for Occupational Injuries & Diseases Act, 1993 and Workman’s Compensation with the Department of Labour. Nazipasi Stationers is also comprehensively insured against damage of stock such as fire, theft etc as well as while the goods are in transit which will cover our distributors. We boast a large pool of staff with diverse qualifications and expertise to meet our client’s demand ranging from Business Management, Civil Engineering and Building Science. We continually send our staff for training to fully embrace the ever changing environment of business and technology. We have certified our staff through training in areas such as: - Nazipasi Stationers has been proactive in meeting the need for warehousing space as we have learnt, from previous years of operation in the distribution business, the importance of space for storing, sorting and packaging purposes.
